The spacious room with great lighting and mirrors was perfect for capturing memories. the rooftop pool offered a nice retreat with valet parking and helpful staff at hand. Despite a hiccup at the pool bar, the hotel's accommodating nature shone through, making for a pleasant experience. the central location made exploring Charlotte's attractions a breeze, and the overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff added to the charm of my holiday.
